VERACENNE / RECORD TO REPORT

Close the month.Keep the whole story.

A balance is only the beginning. Bring its entries, supporting evidence and final decision together, so every close has a story you can follow.

Your Heramind account opens your assigned workspace.

One period. A traceable decision.

More than a finished checklist.

Know what makes up the balance, what supports it, and who made the decision. The context stays with the close.

01

Understand the balance

Move from the trial balance to the entries behind it. Opening, movement and closing remain in view.

02

Keep the evidence close

Retain the statement, control notes and responsible author alongside the period they support.

03

Make the handover clear

Prepare a fixed snapshot. An independent reviewer can approve the close or return it with a reason.

THE PATH TO A CLEAR CLOSE

Four steps. One coherent record.

Explore how the work moves from the ledger to a considered decision. Each step leaves context for the next person.

01 / 04

Start with the ledger

See opening balances, period movements and closing balances together. Open an account to follow its entries back to their source.

What stays visible

The trial balance, open items and bank ledger are read from the same period snapshot.

What you carry forwardA balance you can explain.

THE REASON BEHIND THE NUMBER

The file is there. So is the context.

A statement in a folder is only part of the picture. Veracenne keeps the file, the balance it supports and the review note together, inside the assigned administration.

  • The original supporting file
  • The period and stated closing balance
  • The control outcome and its explanation
  • The author and recorded decision

A DELIBERATE HANDOVER

Prepared by one. Reviewed by another.

Preparing a close and deciding on it are separate responsibilities. Veracenne keeps that distinction visible and checks the reviewer’s independence before closing the period.

A recorded file is not bank authentication. A completed control is a documented assessment, not an external audit opinion.

PART OF HERAMIND FINANCE

A clear role in a connected family.

Arvect provides the financial core. Ordavelle focuses on purchasing, Recelune on receivables. Veracenne brings the period, evidence and close decision into focus.

A CLEAR STARTING POINT

Know what is in scope.

A focused product, with a defined financial foundation and an explicit review process.

Available in the current workspace

  • Monthly balances and source-entry drilldowns
  • Statement files and documented closing controls
  • Fixed preparation and independent closing review
  • Audit history and downloadable evidence

Before you step inside.

Is Veracenne a separate accounting system?

Veracenne is the month-end close and reporting product within Heramind Finance. It uses Arvect’s financial core and adds a dedicated view of the period, evidence and closing decision.

Can I close a period I prepared?

Final review requires an authorised person independent of the preparer and the authors of the supporting evidence and controls. The preparer can cancel their own active preparation.

What happens when evidence changes?

An active preparation becomes stale when its underlying information changes. It must be returned or cancelled before a new snapshot is prepared. Earlier snapshots remain traceable.

How do I access a workspace or demonstration?

Open Veracenne with your Heramind account. Access and the administration are assigned to your account. An assigned demonstration is labelled and kept separate from operational administrations.
