Heramind helps finance teams organize receivables, actions, imports, disputes and promises to pay. Public demonstrations use deterministic fictional records.

Priority signals are intended as explainable operational decision support. They must expose their factors and allow an authorized human override with a reason. They are not a natural-person credit score and do not make autonomous legal decisions.

The current production evidence concerns an access-controlled demonstration with fictional data only. Application authorization, role boundaries, PostgreSQL row-level security and transaction-bound tenant context have been tested for this demonstration. This does not prove readiness for real client data. Legal and data-processing agreements, recovery evidence, enforced MFA/passkeys and independent penetration testing remain open gates.
